We are an online store operating from Canada, and provide shipping.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via Canada Post.
Will you be expanding your collection?
Yes! we are currently working on designing new pieces. Sign up for our email list to receive updates on new designs, discounts and launch dates.
Wholesale Program
If you are a shop owner and would like to offer our collection to your customers at a wholesale price, email info@ilayscollection.com include in your email your contact information and the pieces you are interested in carrying.
Shipping & Handling
Items will be processed within two business days after placing your order.
Exception: orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
-orders shipped internationally might be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees. We have no control over custom fees and nor can we predict what they may be. Please note* that all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
At this moment we do not accept any exchanges or returns.
If there was an error with your order, please email info@ilayscollection.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must include photos of items and the specific details on what was wrong with your order.
